Darrell R Bednarz, Independent Insurance Sales agent, believes his previous twenty-six years as a sales manager marketing various insurance products to small business owners and individuals seeking proper coverage protection for their risk has built an ideal foundation for his agency.
Attention to detail, good listening skills and great empathy are symbols of his appreciation by his clients. He is effectively supported by a team of excellent partners in the insurance industry whose teamwork and professionalism help him build long-term relationships with his growing client base and provide excellent customer service.
Darrell is proud of his family’s rich heritage in the South Plains of Texas. Darrell’s knowledge of sound business principles came from various sources thorough out his career. While attending Texas Tech University, he was actively involved in small business operation along with agriculture. Early in his career he obtained his LUTCF designation. He also participates with the American College focusing on sound financial principles which is beneficial to his clientele.
Darrell is happily married to his lovely wife Bunny and has three children, along with three grandchildren. Away from the business, he enjoys golfing, skiing and spending time with family and friends.
Bunny graduated from Texas Tech University in 1981 with a Bachelors of Science in Education. She began teaching school in August of 1981 in Hillsboro, Texas where she taught for 11 years. After moving to Lubbock, she did not return to teaching until August of 1999 where she taught for 15 years at Lubbock-Cooper ISD. After retiring from teaching January 31, 2014, Bunny began a new career in the insurance business with her husband.
Bunny is happily married to Darrell and has three children, along with three grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and skiing.
